VISION

Why join Diabetes Care? Our Diabetes Care business is the industry pioneer and leader in diabetes injection devices (insulin syringes, pen needles, and sharps containment). With a 90-year history within BD, it focuses on one disease that threatens global health. Our devices provide 2/3 of worldwide insulin injections, serving over 30 million patients globally. Joining as HR offers a unique opportunity to leverage extensive experience while building a new, agile entity focused on talent and best practices.
