What you'll do
As a People & Culture (P&C) Business Partner (f/m/d) in the newly established P&C Business Partnering Team for Go-to-Market Customer Services & Delivery, you'll serve as a strategic partner to executives, senior managers, and leadership teams. Your role involves consulting, strategic insights, and guidance on all relevant P&C topics.
Specific responsibilities include:
- Provide strategic consulting to the Senior Leadership Team to accelerate SAP’s transformation.
- Drive SAP’s People Agenda priorities and ensure execution within Business Areas, influencing solutions with P&C Services and Practices.
- Translate business needs into P&C strategies, facilitating transformation and cultural change.
- Support development and implementation of global HR programs and initiatives.
What you bring
- Master’s degree or equivalent in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in People & Culture/HR Business Partner roles, ideally in international environments.
- Understanding of SAP’s strategy, business model, and organizational structure.
- Strong consulting, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Project management experience in transformational initiatives.
- Analytical skills to interpret data and inform decision-making.
- Experience in change management is a plus.
- Strong influencing and relationship-building skills across diverse stakeholders.
- Cultural awareness and adaptability.
- High integrity and confidentiality.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
