Main tasks

  1. Development of new metal pastes, resistor pastes, and insulating pastes for electronics applications
  2. Carrying out product adaptations on silver powders and PGM (platinum group metals) powders for electronic circuit manufacturing
  3. Introducing new products into production until they are ready for series production
  4. Defining project plans with timelines, milestones, and targets
  5. Selecting and testing new raw materials and processes
  6. Technical root cause analysis for complaints
  7. Adapting technical solutions to customer-specific requirements
  8. Identifying potential opportunities and challenges and presenting suitable solutions
  9. Monitoring and evaluating patents and market trends
  10. Collaborating closely with customers and external institutes

Requirements

  1. Master's degree in materials science, inorganic chemistry, or a related technical field
  2. Several years of professional experience in the field of pastes for the electrical industry (desirable)
  3. Profound knowledge in chemical and physical analysis methods such as XRD, XRF, thermal analysis, heating microscopy, and dilatometry
  4. Exceptional cross-functional communication skills at all organizational levels
  5. Diligent protection of Vibrantz Technologies' intellectual property
  6. Proactive implementation of safety protocols and corporate culture
  7. Ability to foster a positive and collaborative team environment
  8. Willingness to travel domestically and internationally on occasion
