Your tasks at FFT

  • Qualification responsibility for employees in the subject area (mentor function)
  • Cross-project responsibility for budget compliance, deadlines, organization
  • Project management on the basis of an existing requirement specification up to the acceptance of the plants by the customer with the emphasis on automation and electrics in plant construction
  • Concept definition in the planning phase in coordination with the customer and the project team
  • You will be responsible for scheduling and cost planning and tracking
  • Coordination between internal departments, suppliers and the customer as well as the corresponding reporting and documentation
  • Preparation and follow-up of requests for quotations to suppliers
  • Change management with calculation of supplements, their implementation and corresponding documentation
  • Maintenance and administration of project-specific, acceptance-relevant documentation
  • Supporting activities for costing and sales


Your qualification

  • You are an engineer (m/f/x), technician (m/f/x) or master craftsman (m/f/x) in the field of electrics and have relevant professional experience in the field of plant engineering or special machine construction
  • Communication skills and a high degree of initiative, social competence as well as organizational talent and negotiation skills are characteristic for you
  • A self-dependent, customer- and goal-oriented way of working is a matter of course for you
  • Assertiveness, leadership skills and entrepreneurial thinking also form the basis of your success
  • We expect you to be willing to work temporarily in other branches and/or abroad
  • Good knowledge of MS-Office, MS-Project and the English language are mandatory, ideally you also have SAP-R3 experience
