About the role:
As an IT Governance Operations Expert (Administrative activities) (m/f/d), you’ll play a key role in ensuring our governance framework operates seamlessly. From managing high-quality data and facilitating cross-department collaboration to driving process improvements with tools like Jira and Confluence, your work will directly support operational excellence and strategic decision-making.

Job Description

About your tasks:

• Process and validate IT data for monthly reports and audits while maintaining high standards of data quality.
• Collaborate with the IT governance team to develop concepts and roll out new governance initiatives.
• Document and enhance existing IT processes using Confluence for transparency and efficiency.
• Prepare impactful presentations and reports for IT management, ensuring key insights are clearly communicated.
• Coordinate regularly with internal IT departments and external partners to maintain alignment and ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain and manage IT governance processes using Jira, Microsoft Excel, and Confluence to streamline workflows.
• Conduct data analysis to identify risks and recommend opportunities for improvement.

About you:

• A completed professional education in the IT field or a comparable qualification.
• Experience in IT project management, governance principles like COBIT/ITIL, and IT process documentation is a great plus.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Jira, Excel, and Confluence.
• Good knowledge of German (B2 level) is essential.
