We seek an exceptionally motivated Product Manager – Supply Chain to lead strategic supply chain initiatives within the MVR organization. The role focuses on availability, inventory health, operational excellence, supply chain programs, and vendor experience enhancement. You will drive transformational improvements and build scalable systems across the supply chain ecosystem.

The Product Manager will define the optimal end-to-end supply chain architecture for all MVR vendors, implementing solutions that improve long-term availability, speed, reliability, and cost efficiency through automation.

The role can be based in: Munich, London, Madrid, Milan, Luxembourg or Paris

Key job responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

Design and execute transformational supply chain strategies, focusing on automation and standardization across MVR vendors.

Lead data-driven initiatives to improve key supply chain metrics and develop performance tracking systems.

Partner with central programs and category teams to optimize the EU MVR supply chain from development to delivery.

Solve complex operational challenges through scalable solutions, enhancing both internal processes and vendor operations.

A day in the life

As you enter one of our Retail offices in London, Madrid, Milan, Munich, Luxembourg or Paris and grab a first cup of coffee or tea with your colleagues you begin to look forward to your day. You will carve out roughly 50% of your time to move forward on projects you or the MVR Supply Chain team own, that contribute to creating lasting impact across our vendor base and supply chain. You will spend 30% of your time working with partner teams in EIM, AIM, SCP and Retail Supply Chain teams, finding new solutions to optimise our supply chain at scale and sharing best practice. Finally, you will spend roughly 20% of your time working on your development, in discussions and directly working with your manager.

About The Team

We are a centralized team as part of the Pan-EU Programs team. As a team our culture is focused around three main areas; work-life balance and wellbeing, producing scalable improvements, and creating experts who feel true ownership for their areas of responsibility. Our Supply Chain team, is spread across our EU locations and own vendor facing supply chain and supply chain program adoption. Improving customer availability remains at the core of the role, with a focus on delivering upside via long term strategic engagement with our vendor base by defining end to end supply chain solutions which optimize the processing, delivery and receipt of goods. Additionally, they are improving the customer experience by leveraging their vendor and business knowledge to support continuous improvement of our inventory management systems and optimizing inputs to these systems.

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent

Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition

5+ years experience in Supply Chain

Experience owning technology products

Experience in influencing senior leadership through data driven insights

Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with end to end product delivery

Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product

Knowledge of statistics or other analytical techniques

Experience with SQL
