WHU offers Master of Science programs in Management, Finance, Entrepreneurship, International Business, and Business Analytics. The English-taught programs target qualified and committed Bachelor graduates seeking an excellent and international business education.

You enjoy interacting with people, working in a structured way, and are passionate about recruiting, sales, and customer relationship management? If so, you could be a great fit for our highly dedicated and international team and support us in recruiting motivated students from around the world. As Manager Recruiting (f/m/d), you will manage the complete candidate journey and elevate our recruitment operations. Exciting projects in sales will complement your tasks.

This position is part-time, with a workload of 30 hours per week (0.78 full-time equivalent), initially a one-year fixed-term contract with the potential for extension or permanence.

Your mission

  1. Support and advise candidates for the Master's programs throughout the entire recruiting funnel, from first contact to offering a study place.
  2. Proactively use the CRM platform to ensure a targeted and high-quality approach across the customer journey.
  3. Support the design, implementation, and performance tracking of recruiting formats on and off campus.
  4. Participate in university fairs and events to recruit students for both Bachelor's and Master's programs, including travel to international fairs and occasional weekend work.
  5. Assist the Associate Director Marketing & Admissions in the further development and digitization of recruiting processes.

Your profile

  1. Completed university degree or comparable training in a relevant field.
  2. First professional experience in recruiting and/or sales, preferably in a university environment.
  3. Initiative, flexibility, organizational talent, and outstanding service and customer orientation.
  4. Confident and convincing communication skills in spoken and written German and English.
  5. High affinity or experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.
  6. Careful and reliable work approach, attentive to detail and the big picture.
