As Manager Recruiting (f/m/d), you will manage the complete candidate journey and elevate our recruitment operations. Exciting projects in sales will complement your tasks.
This position is part-time, with a workload of 30 hours per week (0.78 full-time equivalent), initially a one-year fixed-term contract with the potential for extension or permanence.
Your mission
- Support and advise candidates for the Master's programs throughout the entire recruiting funnel, from first contact to offering a study place.
- Proactively use the CRM platform to ensure a targeted and high-quality approach across the customer journey.
- Support the design, implementation, and performance tracking of recruiting formats on and off campus.
- Participate in university fairs and events to recruit students for both Bachelor's and Master's programs, including travel to international fairs and occasional weekend work.
- Assist the Associate Director Marketing & Admissions in the further development and digitization of recruiting processes.
Your profile
- Completed university degree or comparable training in a relevant field.
- First professional experience in recruiting and/or sales, preferably in a university environment.
- Initiative, flexibility, organizational talent, and outstanding service and customer orientation.
- Confident and convincing communication skills in spoken and written German and English.
- High affinity or experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.
- Careful and reliable work approach, attentive to detail and the big picture.
