What You’ll Get to Do

CACI has an excellent opportunity for an experienced, self-directed, Software Developer. This position supports a Department of Defense (DoD) organization, US EUCOM, located OCONUS in Stuttgart, Germany, with travel required. EUCOM J5 seeks to develop software solutions using agile methodology, embodying best practices. The Software Developer works with the Scrum team to develop software packages, supports and codes client-side and/or server-side applications, tests code for accuracy in pre-production, and ensures interoperability and completeness to achieve desired results within the production environment. Works with the Product Owner to deliver necessary documentation and testing results.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Product Owner and testing teams to develop, test, and refine applications to meet stakeholder requirements, including .NET Controls and Web Service implementations.
• Develop custom standalone applications and customizations in a team environment.
• Diagnose, repair, and resolve software problems.
• Participate in sprint planning, daily standups, and reviews.
• Conduct peer reviews of code and provide feedback for process improvements.

Qualifications

• Secret clearance with ability to obtain TS/SCI clearance.
• 5-7 years’ experience in SharePoint Architecture and/or Applications Development.
• IAT Level II certification(s) per DoD 8570.1.
• Microsoft Certification in .NET Application Development.
• Experience with SharePoint 2010, 2016, or 2019, and related technologies (.NET, Angular, HTML, ASP.NET, XML, JSON, JavaScript, CSS, SQL, UI/Bootstrap, Web Services, IIS).
• Experience with SDLC processes, peer review, QA testing, and security hardening.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and documentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with complex systems, portals, enterprise search, content management, and BI.
• Responsive application development experience.
• Experience in Agile/SCRUM environments.

Salary Range

Estimated $75,200 - $158,100 USD, depending on various factors including location, experience, and certifications.
