Project Manager ILS Manager (f / m / d)

Summary

We are seeking a Project Manager / ILS Manager (f/m/d) for the Customer Services Spectrum Dominance department at the Ulm site, available immediately.

The department is responsible for ensuring Customer Service Spectrum Dominance in military applications, supporting Integrated Logistics Support for the program department, and managing service orders from customers in In Service Support.

Your Tasks

1. Manage projects related to the supplyability of Electronic Warfare products, ensuring timely, cost-effective, and quality delivery.
2. Ensure integrated logistics support for products and projects within the associated program area.
3. Prepare proposals for ILS projects involving complex EW systems and cross-product EW solutions.
4. Plan and oversee ILS-related project management tasks across interdisciplinary teams throughout the product life cycle.
5. Lead integrated teams in planning, controlling, and implementing measures to maintain system availability, including repairs, obsolescence management, training, and technical overhauls.
6. Create and maintain logistical concepts and documentation.
7. Manage contracts with internal and external subcontractors.
8. Serve as the primary contact for customers and subcontractors, analyzing requirements and initiating necessary actions.
9. Support the Sales and Customer Service organization.

Your Profile

• Completed studies in a technical or commercial field such as electrical engineering or industrial engineering, or comparable qualifications.
• Experience in quotation processing and foundational knowledge of contract law.
• Strong knowledge of Integrated Logistics Support (ILS).
• Good understanding of logistical requirements for complex systems and products, including necessary services.
• Knowledge of military aviation logistics, export regulations, and ITAR regulations is advantageous.
• Strong organizational skills, structured and independent working style.
• Ability to work in a team, assertiveness, and a confident professional and personal appearance in national and international settings.
• Fluent in German and English.
