Responsibilities:

1. Support the coordination of the creative production process across paid advertising channels (Google, YouTube, Meta, TikTok, Reddit, etc.).
2. Collaborate with marketing stakeholders (Design, Brand, International, Growth, external partners) to prioritize high-performing concepts meeting campaign KPIs.
3. Assist in defining the creative testing roadmap to maximize campaign performance.
4. Support scaling of new creative productions using tools like Storyteq, AI, etc.
5. Track, report, and analyze creative performance across channels to identify effective communication strategies.
6. Stay updated on advertising trends, techniques, and best practices.
7. Analyze competitor ads to identify new opportunities for our campaigns.

Qualifications:

• Interest or experience in performance marketing and creative production.
• Ability to work closely with design teams and external partners to develop engaging content.
• Creative mindset with an interest in storytelling, visual, and motion design.
• Confidence in proposing and discussing new ideas, with strong communication skills.
• Independent work style and effective workflow management.
• KPI-driven with excellent analytical skills.
• Proficiency in English and German; additional languages like Italian are a plus.
• Knowledge of Figma and Adobe is a plus.
• Interest or experience in the financial sector is highly desirable.
