Job Description
In late January, we announced that Bridgefield Capital signed an agreement to acquire Philips’ Emergency Care business, which includes leading brands and products like HeartStart AEDs, Intrepid and DFM100 monitor defibrillators, Tempus monitor and Tempus ALS systems, and Corsium and ECI informatics solutions. We expect the transaction to close at the end of 2025.
With Bridgefield’s support and building on our 40+ year legacy of growth and innovation in emergency medical technology, the Emergency Care business will continue passionately pursuing our mission of saving lives, lowering healthcare costs, and advancing resuscitation science across public access AED, EMS, military, hospital, and home/public segments.
The Indirect Channel Manager Emergency Care is accountable for the commercial success of the Emergency Care Home & Public business within DACH, leading the business alongside regional partners. Your responsibilities include:
- Managing KPIs for the Home & Public portfolio in DACH.
- Setting and deploying performance targets for partners (order intake & sales).
- Managing the commercial execution of the Emergency Care portfolio in DACH.
- Driving financial forecasting and demand planning with partners.
- Channeling customer feedback into upstream business propositions.
- Ensuring consistent customer experience and satisfaction.
- Developing relationships with NGOs, key opinion leaders, and trade associations.
- Identifying regional trends, competitors, and developing response strategies.
- Structuring strategic deals and preparing business cases in DACH.
- Developing and implementing business plans with European and regional teams to meet objectives.
- Collaborating on European marketing initiatives.
Requirements to succeed:
- 7+ years of commercial experience with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Proven track record of achieving business KPIs.
- Experience working with diverse business models and sales channels through partners.
- Experience in defining and deploying impactful business plans with partners.
- Ability to work effectively within a large matrix organization.
- Experience in Emergency Care business and distribution channels is a plus.
- Fluent German and English communication skills.
