Responsibilities

• Correspondence with customers and suppliers
• Review and process warranty and guarantee requests
• Order and transaction entry
• Monitoring delivery dates and goods receipt bookings
• Scheduling appointments with customers and installers
• Handling complaints
• Acting as a liaison between customer, supplier, and logistics

Candidate Profile

• Good knowledge of Office products
• Completed commercial training
• Enjoy engaging with customers, manufacturers, and suppliers
