Development Engineer in System Development (m/f/d)

What We Are Looking For

• Responsibility for development goals in terms of deadlines, costs, and performance
• Coordination of the development team in the respective project
• Project planning considering process milestones
• Calculation and estimation of work packages for product variants, optimizations, and obsolescence elimination
• Verification planning and evaluation of change requests, ensuring system requirements and compatibility
• Conducting reviews

What Qualifications You Should Have

• Degree in engineering (e.g., mechanical engineering, automotive engineering) or a comparable field
• Professional experience in developing complex partial or complete systems
• Experience as a (sub-)project manager is desirable
• Good knowledge of Atlassian products, e.g., JIRA or Confluence, and MS Office suite
• Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken; knowledge of French is an advantage
• Negotiation skills and analytical thinking
• Willingness to travel
