Our customer offers extraordinary events that are gladly given away on special occasions. Special events raise many individual questions that cannot be answered on the Internet or in catalogs. That is why we are looking for you (m/f/d) for written or oral advice to interested customers. Examples for those adventures might be: ride in a hot air balloon, having access to a race track with your own car, body flying or a workshop to create your own perfume - to name just a few.

Here's how you can imagine your tasks:

  1. Capture customer requests through targeted questions
  2. Present events in a customer-oriented manner, point out alternative events, point out special offers
  3. Answer questions in a clear and understandable way
  4. Communicate indications of participation restrictions (for example, a medical examination as a prerequisite)
  5. Answer availability requests (place / date)
  6. Entering postings in the system, invoice creation
  7. Work in a customer support / customer service environment

We would be pleased if you bring along the following characteristics:
  1. Absolutely service-oriented
  2. You enjoy consulting customers
  3. Strong in communication and conviction
  4. Fit in collecting data and in dealing with the PC
  5. Can work shifts
  6. Fluent in German, French or Danish
