We are seeking a dynamic and strategic HR Business Partner to join our team and play a pivotal role in aligning human resources practices with our business goals. In this role, you will serve as a trusted advisor and primary HR contact for business leaders, fostering strong partnerships that drive organizational success.

HR Partnership Responsibilities:

  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders, align HR with business goals, and act as the main HR contact.

Tasks:

  • Talent & Performance Management: Drive recruitment, retention, workforce planning, and support performance development.
  • Employee Experience & Relations: Promote a positive work environment through fair employee relations, engagement, and communication.
  • Compensation, Benefits & Compliance: Support competitive rewards programs and ensure adherence to labor laws and internal policies.
  • Organizational Development & HR Insights: Contribute to change management, continuous improvement, and data-driven HR decisions.

Your Profile:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-4 years as an HR Business Partner or HR Generalist.
  • Strong knowledge of Polish labor law and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills.
  • Willingness to relocate to the Lubuskie region.
  • Ability to build strong relationships and work effectively at all organizational levels.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
  • Commercial awareness and understanding of HR's impact on business outcomes.
