Your Responsibilities

  1. Drive and manage high-impact projects across the entire sourcing process for E.ON's product and service categories, in close collaboration with the business.
  2. Develop and implement sourcing optimization initiatives to improve supply chain quality.
  3. Ensure goal-oriented project management, focusing on delivering high-quality results and meeting milestones.
  4. Collaborate with negotiation experts and category teams to refine sourcing strategies.
  5. Design communication strategies and decision templates for sourcing activities aimed at senior management.

Your Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field; additional qualifications like PhD or MBA are welcome.
  • Several years of practical experience in project management within sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management; consulting experience with strategic procurement is also valued.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with high-level project management expertise capable of handling complex, interdisciplinary projects.
  • Ability to adapt in a dynamic environment with shifting priorities and projects.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced setting.
  • Fluency in English and German.
