Job Opportunity

For our offices in Heidelberg, Frankfurt / Main, or Stuttgart, we are seeking a passionate, knowledgeable, and experienced Senior Product Marketing Manager (m/f/d).

Role Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for product marketing for our award-winning Control product line, including:

  1. Developing compelling product messaging and positioning to communicate the value and benefits of Onapsis Control solutions.
  2. Creating high-impact go-to-market assets to drive opportunities.
  3. Enabling our direct and partner go-to-market teams.
  4. Promoting Onapsis to the market and translating product and market knowledge to drive awareness, adoption, and success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Product Messaging and Positioning: Crafting clear and compelling messages for the market.
  • Sales and Marketing Content: Developing materials to educate prospects and support sales efforts.
  • Market and Competitive Research: Collaborating with Technical Marketing to understand market dynamics and competitive landscape.
  • Sales and Partner Enablement: Training and supporting GTM teams.
  • Subject Matter Expertise: Acting as an advisor during sales meetings, webinars, and events.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partnering with sales, alliances, customer success, and marketing teams to grow market share.
  • Product Launches: Owning and executing product launch strategies in collaboration with product management.

Required Skills

  • Extensive experience managing product marketing for application security testing or SAP enterprise code products.
  • Proven success in developing messaging, positioning, and leading product launches.
  • Ability to work independently, present solutions, and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Fluent in English and German at a business level.

Desired Skills

  • Experience with software development lifecycles and code analysis technologies.
  • Knowledge of SAP ERP technologies.
  • Experience working with application developers.
  • Proficiency in Spanish and other EU languages is a plus.
  • Passion for technology and cybersecurity trends.
  • Knowledge of industry standards and best practices.
  • Experience with Onapsis products is advantageous.
