Job Duties:

1. Responsible for recruitment tasks across the UK and Europe.
2. Invite candidates for interviews, arrange the interview process, follow up on candidate status, provide feedback, understand industry salary benchmarks, and analyze the company's competitive position.
3. Follow up on employee onboarding, monitor transition and conversion, and promote internal advancement benefits.
4. Develop recruitment channels and strategies to attract top talent.
5. Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle independently, from sourcing to extending offers and onboarding.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree or above, with 5-8 years of recruitment experience.
2. Proven ability to handle high-pressure situations, strong communication skills, and adept at managing emergencies.
3. Proactive with excellent communication and learning abilities. Responsible, approachable, and dedicated to supporting others.
4. Fluent in English; native German speakers preferred.
