We are looking for an innovative and driven Digital Commerce Consultant to join our Marketplace team in Hamburg. This role is pivotal in promoting and implementing a cutting-edge tailspend/marketplace solution focused on indirect procurement. The ideal candidate will have a blend of sales/marketing expertise, significant experience in marketplace and digital commerce solutions, and a profound professional services mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

• Independently manage a marketplace account, including onboarding suppliers, maintaining the catalog, managing pricing, resolving operational issues, and acting as the primary interface between the client and the platform provider.
• Spearhead the roll-out and adoption of our marketplace solution across the organization, ensuring seamless integration with existing procurement systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and optimize the marketplace platform to meet business needs and enhance user experience.
• Utilize strong analytical skills to interpret data and provide insights that support decision-making and marketplace optimization.
• Develop and execute training and change management programs to ensure stakeholder buy-in and effective use of the platform.
• Lead digital transformation initiatives within the procurement domain, continuously seeking opportunities for innovation and improvement.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in digital commerce design and implementation, ideally within the procurement or a related field.
• Strong background in sales, marketing, or a related area, with a demonstrated ability to drive business growth through innovative solutions.
• Exceptional analytical and digital skills, with experience in leveraging technology to solve business problems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage and influence diverse stakeholder groups.
• Profound commitment to professional service excellence, with a results-oriented and proactive approach.
• Fluency in English and German, with additional languages being an advantage.
• Willingness to travel as required to meet project needs.
