Job Description

In this role, you will be the first point of contact for employees and managers at our European sites, handling HR inquiries related to processes such as recruitment, compensation, social benefits, personnel development, onboarding, and exit procedures, in compliance with legal and internal policies. You will process data within the HRIS system Workday, generate necessary documents like contracts, certificates, and references, and ensure their timely return. Collaboration with HR team members and escalation of issues when necessary are key components of this role.

Qualifications

• Commercial training and good employment law knowledge, especially concerning Germany and Switzerland
• Experience in an HR Shared Services environment within an international company is preferred
• Service-oriented and solution-focused personality
• Proficiency in MS Office, familiarity with HRIS systems like Workday, and ticket systems such as Service Now
• Excellent German and English skills; additional languages are a plus
