We are seeking a Product Manager to lead our road & gravel bike product line. In this role, you will be instrumental in shaping the future of cycling through defining and advancing our product offerings.

HOW YOU'LL MAKE A DIFFERENCE

• Represent the voice of the road rider and advocate for rider needs within the product development team. Oversee the product development process for road & gravel bikes from ideation to launch, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
• Develop and communicate the product roadmap, focusing on features, pricing, and market positioning.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including design, engineering, project management, and marketing—to ensure timely and within-budget product launches.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, rider needs, and market opportunities. International travel and fieldwork may be required.
• Gain a comprehensive understanding of our global rider base, their preferences, and cycling experiences.
• Create and maintain detailed product specifications and documentation.
• Manage the product lifecycle, making data-driven decisions regarding improvements, updates, and discontinuations.
• Coordinate product launches with marketing, including positioning, sales training, and rider support initiatives.
• Monitor product performance and gather rider feedback for continuous improvement.
• Stay updated on industry developments and innovations in road cycling.

WHAT YOU NEED TO WIN

• Proven experience as a Product Manager in the cycling industry, with a focus on road & gravel bikes preferred.
• A passion for cycling and in-depth knowledge of the road & gravel bike markets.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related fields; equivalent experience considered.
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, innovative environment.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to 30%.
• Proficiency in English.
