We’re looking for a Partner Account Manager (Inside Sales) to expand and manage our IT reseller and system integrator network across Germany and Austria . Your Role & Impact

  • Own and grow a portfolio of key IT partners and integrators in your region
  • Collaborate closely with Field Sales, Marketing, SEs, and other internal stakeholders
  • Drive business by developing new partners and deepening existing relationships
  • Deliver high-value networking solutions as part of complex, multi-vendor projects
  • Lead full sales cycle : pitch, proposal, negotiation, deal closing, and post-sale care
  • Identify, manage, and report on pipeline opportunities with full funnel responsibility
  • Champion channel enablement, running sales plays and partner-specific promotions
  • Serve as a trusted advisor—adding real value to your partners’ long-term growth

What You Bring

  • 5+ years’ experience in channel sales (vendor / distributor / reseller / system integrator)
  • Background in IT infrastructure , ideally networking or cloud-based solutions
  • Strong understanding of channel dynamics, B2B sales cycles , and solution-selling
  • Proven success managing project-based partner sales with consistent results
  • Excellent communication skills in German and English
  • Self-starter mindset, “hunter” mentality, and a high level of business acumen
  • Comfortable working in a hybrid setup , with occasional travel (~10%)
