Conexus is partnered with a global medical devices company currently seeking an Expert in SAP Customer Service to join them on a permanent basis from Berlin, Germany.

We are looking for someone with deep SAP expertise and process understanding to help streamline After Sales and Service operations—focusing on real ERP service journeys, not cloud or CRM frontends.

What You'll Do

1. Lead the design and enhancement of SAP CS/PM processes in an S/4HANA environment.
2. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including BI, Sales, Logistics, and Production.
3. Contribute to strategic ERP backend transformation with a focus on genuine service workflows, not Salesforce-style front-end solutions.
4. Work in a flat, trust-based structure with autonomy and long-term development opportunities, including potential for future leadership.

What You Bring

1. Several years of hands-on SAP experience, especially in CS and/or PM customizing.
2. Strong process know-how in After Sales, Service, and Maintenance.
3. Broader SAP exposure to modules like Sales, Logistics, or Production.
4. Ideally, certified in relevant SAP modules.
5. Comfortable working in both German and English (written & spoken).
