Your Tasks:

1. Supporting and providing technical advice to process owners in the creation and optimization of company processes.
2. Instructing specialist departments in the use of company processes, particularly the process Net, as part of the training program.
3. Carrying out checklist reviews and preparing data for reporting.
4. Monitoring the implementation of corrective, preventive, and improvement measures, initiating escalation stages, and updating the process/quality management presence on the intranet.
5. Assessing, correcting, and evaluating non-conformity reports in SAP based on process specifications (FuEM, ZQ).
6. Defining and assigning measures to rectify errors and moderating root cause analyses.
7. Participating in 8D procedures for the sustainable elimination of error causes.

Your Profile:

• Further training in quality management; Technician degree is desirable.
• Good knowledge of Office programs, especially Excel and Word.
• Basic knowledge of requirements and methodologies in business process modeling.
• Completed training as a mechatronics technician, electrician, precision mechanic, or similar.
• Basic knowledge of JIRA and Confluence.
• Good SAP R/3 knowledge, especially in dealing with error messages.
• Good written and spoken English skills; German language skills are a plus.
