Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with experts and stakeholders to understand SAP Cloud Infrastructure, improving processes with tools like Netbox.
• Develop applications related to financial topics to automate manual processes, enhancing quality and efficiency.
• Engage in testing, CI/CD activities, error analysis, and service enhancements.
• Shape and improve workflows, communication, and reporting within the Process Operations Team.
• Analyze and optimize support and central processes for efficiency.
• Coordinate in a multinational team of over 100 members.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in relevant fields (Computer Science, Business Informatics, etc.).
• 5+ years of proven software development experience, with a focus on delivering high-quality software.
• Knowledge of ETL, SQL, BI, Big Data, OLAP.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language (Golang, Python, Java, C#).
• Experience with RDBMS, Kubernetes, CI/CD tools like Concourse.
• Familiarity with Agile or Waterfall methodologies and working in complex projects.
• Understanding of cloud industry-specific processes.
• Strong skills in MS Excel and PowerPoint; BPMN modeling is a plus.
• Fluent in English; German is a plus.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and proactive working style.
