Founded in 2021, the company runs a trailblazing marketplace that redefines one of the largest supply chains on earth. The company’s mission is to unlock the vast potential of cross-border supply for the Western Market by providing global access to high-quality products through its innovative platform. Since its launch in January 2022, the firm has operated discreetly with no public profile or media coverage while successfully serving hundreds of companies. Serving both major industry players and mid-sized companies, the company utilizes a cutting-edge technology platform that is growing ultra-fast. Having secured substantial capital from top-tier VCs, Unicorn and Decacorn founders, and industry experts through various funding rounds, the company is well-funded and expanding its team. The company counts approximately 50 FTEs located in Germany (HQ), with offices in China, France, and India.

Responsibilities:

  1. Facilitate and oversee transactions on the marketplace to ensure seamless trade between buyers and suppliers.
  2. Collaborate with both buyers and suppliers to address any issues, inquiries, or challenges that may arise during the trading process.
  3. Stay informed about market trends, product demand, and industry dynamics to make informed trading decisions.
  4. Conduct regular analysis of trade data and provide insights to enhance trading strategies.
  5. Build and maintain strong relationships with both buyers and suppliers to foster long-term partnerships.
  6. Address any concerns or feedback from clients and work towards effective problem resolution.
  7. Work closely with the technology team to provide feedback on platform functionality and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
  8. Ensure all trades comply with relevant regulations and internal policies. Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and contribute to the development of compliance protocols.

Profile:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Prior experience in Business Development, Sales, Key Account Management, or Account Management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent French skills and strong verbal and written communication skills in English. German is not mandatory.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
  • A basic understanding of national and international trade and supply chain management is a plus.

Relocation package to Berlin will be provided.
