• Acquire new customers and provide both commercial and technical support to existing clients, including travel.
• Analyze markets to identify new trends and developments.
• Support technical product demonstrations to secure new projects.
• Develop coating system solutions in collaboration with potential customers and technical teams.
• Negotiate prices and contracts.
• Handle complaints in coordination with internal departments.
• Manage customer relationships and projects using a CRM system.
• Hold a degree with a technical and/or commercial background (e.g., Industrial Engineering) or relevant training (e.g., paint technician with commercial experience).
• Have several years of sales experience with explanation-intensive products, preferably in the chemical industry.
• Be proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
• Be fluent in Flemish and Dutch; business fluency in English; German and French skills are a plus.
• Possess high technical affinity and be solution- and result-oriented in representing customer needs.
