Position
Sales Leader (f/m/d) Animal Health - Region DACH & Nordics
Responsibilities
- Manage the sales budget for the region, aiming for double-digit growth.
- Enhance the skills of sales teams through professional training and field visits at key accounts.
- Provide technical support, addressing questions related to products and biosecurity, and proposing solutions with support from Global Animal Health Product Management.
- Offer commercial guidance, including follow-up on pricing and orders, in collaboration with customer service.
- Report to the Animal Health Sales Leader and develop action plans and sales targets aligned with strategies, including introducing new products and strategic business growth discussions.
- Lead and coach a team of eight sales associates.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with partners in the territory.
Minimum Qualifications
- Fluency in German and English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.
- University degree in Animal Science, Veterinary, Engineering, or Business.
- Experience in B2B sales, with a dynamic and entrepreneurial approach.
- People management experience.
- In-depth knowledge of animal production, preferably in poultry, swine, or related health/nutritional fields.
- Willingness to travel approximately 60% of the time within the territory.
