Responsibilities :

• Support and further develop the Data Warehouse, SAP Business Objects reporting tool, and make adjustments in the inventory management system based on PL/SQL, as well as provide end-user support.
• Assist the team in developing strategies and solutions for departmental requirements and the strategic optimization of the IT landscape.
• Plan and implement releases of our system environment, especially the inventory software and document management system.
• Create and maintain relevant documentation.
• Execute IT projects to optimize existing systems or introduce new software products.
• Coordinate collaboration with external IT service providers.
• Provide 1st-level support for employees and policyholders.
