Job Overview

ABOUT YOU is one of Europe's fastest-growing eCommerce companies, headquartered in Hamburg. As a fashion and technology company, our goal is to make online shopping more inspiring and personal. Working closely with our Business Development and operational teams, the Market Operations and Development team is involved in developing new markets and scaling existing ones. If you know the Polish market well and have experience in e-commerce or fashion, you are the ideal candidate.

Responsibilities

• Translate texts from German and English into Polish (e.g., sales campaigns, newsletters, push notifications, fashion content, marketing materials)
• Localize translated texts for the Polish audience
• Monitor competitors' activities (sale campaigns, collaborations, marketing strategies)
• Perform quality assurance through bug testing of app and website on desktop and mobile
• Manage daily operations and monitor KPIs
• Conduct market analyses and support market development

Requirements

• Experience in linguistics, culture, or related fields is a plus
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
• Native Polish speaker (oral & written)
• Fluent in English and basic German (oral & written)
• Good communication skills
