Wedia Germany GmbH is seeking an Account Executive DACH (w/m) for a permanent full-time position.

Responsibilities:

  1. Manage the entire sales cycle from lead management to closing sales contracts.
  2. Organize prospect meetings from marketing initiatives and personal lead generation efforts.
  3. Conduct customer presentations, identify challenges and needs.
  4. Handle RFP responses and prepare customer proposals with support from pre-sales, R&D, and professional services teams.
  5. Build and maintain strong customer relationships, supporting both existing and new clients to ensure loyalty.

Your profile:

  • Background in digital marketing, agency, asset/content management, with 2-5 years’ experience, ideally in sales, digital, or marketing.
  • Business degree or equivalent training and relevant experience.
  • Motivated by enterprise software sales and account management.
  • Confident, friendly, and competent appearance, open-minded, eager to learn, with strong communication skills.
  • Efficient, entrepreneurial, self-motivated, with a proactive approach.
  • Fluent in German and English (both verbal and written); French is a plus.
