Your Job:

• Lead and develop a motivated team of 2-3 employees
• Shape and drive strategic initiatives within the department
• Optimize national and international purchasing processes (tenders, negotiations, contract management)
• Support quarterly planning and communicate with senior management
• Assist with financial planning within the department
• Serve as an interface to relevant staff units across the organization

Your Profile:

• Academic degree in business economics, business informatics, or a related field
• Analytical and conceptual mindset
• Effective communication skills across hierarchy levels
• Strong consulting skills, able to present complex facts clearly and logically
• Initiative and enthusiasm for international collaboration
• Proficiency in German and English

• Experience in a central function like buying or finance within retail
• Leadership experience in small teams
• Familiarity with agile working methods
