Job Description:

Teamleiter Arbeitsvorbereitung (m/w/d)

Einsatzort: Mannheim

Tätigkeit:

• Fachliche und disziplinarische Leitung eines Teams
• Planung und Festlegung der Ziele für das Team in Abstimmung mit dem direkten Vorgesetzten
• Förderung und Entwicklung der Mitarbeitenden (z.B. Schulung, Feedbackgespräche, Zielsetzung)
• Mitwirkung an der Weiterentwicklung der Organisationsstrukturen und Betriebsabläufe in Kooperation mit angrenzenden Bereichen
• Identifizierung von Prozessverbesserungs- und Optimierungspotenzial nach Lean Kriterien
• Aktive Mitarbeit und Realisierung bei der Planung von Investitionen sowie die termingerechte Umsetzung von Projekten
• Mitarbeit bei der Einführung neuer und optimierter Produkte, Technologien und Prozesse
• Unterstützung von Projekten innerhalb der Montage und Rohrschlosserei wie z.B. die Beschaffung von Werkzeugen und Maschinen
• Digitalisierungspotenziale in bestehenden Prozessen erkennen und vorantreiben
• Mitarbeit und Unterstützung bei internen und externen Audits

Anforderungen:

• Ingenieurwissenschaftliches Studium der Fachrichtung Maschinenbau oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
• Berufserfahrung im Industrial Engineering / Arbeitsvorbereitung
• Erste Führungserfahrung
• Motoren- und Schweißkenntnisse von Vorteil
• Lean-, Six Sigma- und Projektmanagement Kenntnisse wünschenswert
• Sehr gute EDV-Kenntnisse (z.B. SAP, MS-Office)
• Hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative, Teamfähigkeit, Engagement und Flexibilität
• Durchsetzungsstärke und Kommunikationsvermögen
• Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (Level B2)
