Within months of being active in DACH, they have already closed logos like UBS & Rolex for 7-figure deals and have a seat at the table with other known DAX accounts.

This demonstrates the high demand and the new category this company is addressing — it’s on the agenda of every boardroom.

This company…

  • Is positioned to define a new category with Generative AI in their industry.
  • Sees the EU as the highest growth region, doing over 100% YoY, with DACH as a high-potential greenfield market.
  • Is close to profitability (!) with plenty of money in the bank at Series E, preparing for an IPO.
  • Is known for a mature, remote-first, flexible, yet high-caliber and fun culture.

The role …

Solution engineers, SDRs, marketing and channel partners, and pipeline are ready; they just need an Enterprise AE to start closing deals and further build out the market.

  • Closing deals of €300-500K ACV with large enterprises, focused on CIO / CTO.
  • Running a highly consultative sales approach, with an average cycle of 9 months.
  • Leveraging an already strong partner ecosystem (e.g., Deloitte, SVA, and others).
  • Meeting performance metrics including €1.3M ARR quota (with ramp-up and professional services counted in) and a €350K revenue target in 2025.
  • Generating 25% of the pipeline self-sourced, with the remainder via SDRs and partners.

You must bring…

  • At least 5 years of enterprise SaaS sales experience in DACH, selling to IT leadership.
  • Strong tenures with a proven track record of hitting quota and high performance.
  • A proven track record of closing large deals (€400K ACV) with long sales cycles.
  • Fluency in German and residing in Germany.
  • The ability to open new markets (hustle & hunter mentality).
  • Experience working with partner-led sales motions and complex sales environments.
  • Familiarity with sales methodologies such as MEDDICC or Command of the Message.
  • Ideally, a background in IT Operations, Observability, or adjacent infrastructure software.

Besides the ride of your life, you get a strong OTE of up to €260K uncapped + equity.

  • An aggressive commission model with serious earning potential.
  • The projection is to hire 3-4 more Enterprise AEs in the next 12 months, offering a path to leadership.
