About the Role

We seek a strategic, hands-on team member for our Marketing team, focusing on professional engagement with veterinary professionals. This role links marketing with stakeholder teams such as sales, e-commerce, logistics, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the execution of veterinary engagement marketing strategies within the DACH region.
  • Contribute to achieving commercial targets and managing the region’s P&L, translating marketing strategies into results.
  • Serve as a key liaison between marketing and cross-functional teams like Sales, PVA, CS&L, and Regional Marketing.
  • Assist in rolling out marketing campaigns, projects, and tools seamlessly into field operations.
  • Manage logistics of sales materials, including planning, budgeting, production, storage, and delivery, ensuring efficiency and cost control.
  • Use data to monitor KPIs, improve processes, and optimize ROI for future investments.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance operational efficiency and marketing effectiveness.
  • Coordinate remote and in-person sales meetings for the DACH sales team.
