Together, we set the standards for the future – your responsibilities
- You will be part of our Category Forecasting and Planning team, responsible for processes related to assortment optimization, demand planning, and statistical demand forecasting.
- You will work in close coordination with adjacent departments and support them with data analysis and planning tools.
- You will ensure data quality and continuously improve existing data models and reports.
- You will analyze KPIs to identify trends and anomalies, exploring their underlying causes.
- You will create visualizations and reports, ensuring clarity, usability, and data quality.
- You will serve as the interface between our team and the central data team, gathering and tracking requirements.
Your profile – what we are looking for
- You have completed a university degree with a relevant focus and have a strong affinity for working with data.
- You have several years of relevant experience in data analytics or data engineering.
- You are proficient in SQL, Excel, and Power BI (or similar systems). Programming skills in Python or dbt are a plus.
- You are interested in customer buying behavior, especially regarding trends, fashion, and seasonality, and approach decisions from a business perspective.
- Experience in demand planning, category or assortment management, or the fashion/retail sector is advantageous.
- You enjoy working collaboratively in a team but also value independence, proactively taking responsibility and making decisions.
