Key Tasks

• Analysis of complex international tenders and participation in bid strategies for IT system solutions in the field of air traffic control.
• Management and coordination of the tender team, including the definition and tracking of work packages for specialist departments and the monitoring of tender-relevant deadlines.
• Carrying out price reconciliations and overall calculations, as well as preparing reports and presentations as a basis for management decisions.

Key Qualifications

• Completed studies in business administration, economics or comparable training.
• Excellent IT skills, especially in MS Office products.
• Sound knowledge of project management and commercial matters.
• Strong analytical thinking skills, structured way of working and strong teamwork skills.
• Very good written and spoken English skills.
• Additional language skills (e.g. French, Spanish) are desirable but not essential.
