What to Expect

• Monitoring, ensuring, and developing nursing care quality
• Personnel responsibility, planning, deployment, and development
• Shift and vacation planning in accordance with valid guidelines and laws
• Implementation of safety and hygiene regulations
• Optimization of workflows and processes, as well as interface management
• Cooperation and information exchange with the department management and nursing service management

• Completed training as a health and nurse caregiver (m/w/d) with several years of professional experience
• Completed or in-training ward management qualification or willing to undertake it
• First leadership experience is desirable
