We're looking for a

As a key player in our customer support team, you'll be the go-to expert for technical assistance in Europe. Your responsibilities will include helping customers select the perfect products, managing accounts, and engaging in projects like writing articles or designing demos. This role offers variety and opportunity for growth.

Essential Functions:

• Providing technical assistance and product recommendations
• Handling customer inquiries and managing accounts
• Collaborating with global teams and supporting marketing initiatives

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Science or Engineering, preferably in Optics, Photonics, Physics, or Electrical Engineering
• Fluent in German and English
• Proficient with MS Office
