For our client, an agile IT consulting company, we are looking for an experienced Senior Salesforce Consultant (m/f/d) for the Cologne or hybrid-remote location.

The position requires 1-2 days of presence per month on site in Cologne.

Tasks

• As a Senior Salesforce Consultant (m/f/d), you will design and implement individual Salesforce solutions based on the respective business requirements
• You will analyse existing business processes, identify optimization potential and develop future-proof solutions
• You design complex Salesforce architectures - from requirements gathering to go-live
• You conduct scoping workshops and translate requirements into epics and user stories
• You are responsible for the implementation of technical requirements in close coordination with the development team in Athens
• You coordinate internal and external stakeholders - from the specialist department to IT
• You create solution designs together with your team and lead them to successful implementation
• You develop use cases in workshops and conduct training sessions for users and admins
• You identify cross-selling and upselling potential and contribute to the strategic development of customer relationships
• You keep an eye on time, budget and quality at all times and ensure smooth processes
  
  

Qualifications

• You have experience in the implementation of Salesforce projects - whether as a consultant, admin or project manager:in
• Ideally, you have already implemented Salesforce solutions independently
• You have practical experience in the Sales, Service or Marketing Cloud - preferably with certifications
• You have a very good understanding of business processes and their digital mapping
• You have knowledge of agile project management (Scrum/Kanban) anyway
• You are characterized by personal responsibility, consulting skills and proactive solution orientation
• You are enthusiastic about consulting, technology and communication - in both German and English
• You are curious, willing to learn and have a desire for personal development
