Your Tasks

  • Support and execution of tasks in the area of Sales and Business Development.
  • General sales support for all business activities: Processes, requirements, market research, customer acquisition, presentations, product demos, customer approach, CRM tool.
  • Establishment, structuring, and maintenance of a suitable customer network.
  • Support the preparation of offers and support until the order is placed.
  • Support and implementation of customer events, support of social media channels, and adaptation of the website to the current range of services.
  • Supervision of the internal interface to product management and development, integration of the results into the offer preparation, and supervision of feedback of customer needs to the internal departments.

Your Profile

As a Sales Engineer and Business Developer, you will be responsible for building and supporting the sales department that acquires new business customers for prenode.
You will work directly with prenode's CEO to drive our B2B growth in the DACH region and will be significantly involved in prenode's success.

For this, you should bring with you:

  • Completed professional training in business or technical field (college or university).
  • Preferably 3-5 years of professional experience in a comparable business environment of software development with concrete experience in the areas of sales/business development.
  • Very good language skills in English; other foreign languages are advantageous. Practical and good command of MS-Office. Knowledge in a CRM tool is an advantage.
  • Very good communication skills in spoken and written language.
  • Enjoyment and passion for complex tasks, open-mindedness for technical challenges, good self-organization.
  • Team orientation and service/customer orientation complete the profile.
