Technical Project Manager

Company: Identity & Access Management Software & Solutions Company (no IAM experience needed, interested in the industry!)

Salary: Up to €84,000, depending on experience

Location: Frankfurt office - remote friendly (up to once in the office every 6 weeks), with more frequent presence optional. Some client travel in the DACH region expected.

Requirements: Must already live in Germany | No sponsorship available | C1 German or above

Looking for:

• Individuals with 2+ years experience in complex software projects, possibly as a software developer or implementation consultant. Transferable skills are valued.
• Technical skills (not necessarily in IAM), such as APIs, databases, scripting, etc. Comfortable learning to configure & install software/solutions. No need to be a developer, just technically oriented.

Comfortable in a client-facing role, playing a key part in technical implementation success.

Experience in project management alone is not enough; a technical skillset is required to create specifications and support technical aspects.

Role: Technical Project Manager

Assist clients in implementing software/solutions successfully into their environments.

Key responsibilities:

1. Develop technical specifications
2. Define solutions
3. Support non-technical project managers
4. Oversee configuration and testing
5. Conduct product training for customers
6. Project management

Part of the growing German office, focusing on the DACH region, managing 2-4 projects with durations of 6-12 months, working with large clients (3-6k employees).
