Let's connect : If you want to experience how things are done in the Reinsurance Division 9 - Credit, Surety, and Political Risk at our headquarters in Hannover / Germany, join us on a temporary basis for 24 months, commencing as soon as possible, as a Contract Administrator Underwriting.

You can look forward to

  1. Supporting the Underwriting Team: Preparing and managing contract documents as well as assisting in contract processing
  2. Data Maintenance: Entering and securing contract data in our systems
  3. Document Review: Creating and reviewing documents for accuracy and completeness
  4. Communicating with other departments: Working with colleagues from different teams to quickly solve urgent issues

You come equipped with

  1. Completed training in insurance, finance, or a similar field (e.g., Insurance and Finance Clerk, Financial Administrator, Foreign Trade Assistant, Bank Clerk)
  2. Ideally, some practical experience in contract administration
  3. Business fluent in German and English
  4. Confident using Microsoft Office and IT management systems
  5. Detail-oriented, reliable, and excited to work with international teams – we’ll teach you the rest!
