Structural Engineer - Ship Design

In this role, you will be part of the structural ship design team, supporting the creation of complex engineering solutions for cruise vessels.

Your key responsibilities include:

1. Creating technical drawings in accordance with shipyard standards, including complex workshop drawings
2. Handling advanced design tasks using CATIA
3. Coordinating technical solutions with internal departments and external clients and suppliers
4. Acting as the communication and reporting interface between the project and external design partners
5. Supervising and supporting external design contractors
6. Performing model and drawing quality checks
7. Developing, refining, and implementing change management processes in the TSS department
8. Mentoring trainees and interns

Minimum qualifications:

• Completed degree as a certified technician or similar
• Solid experience with CATIA and CAD systems
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• High level of flexibility, initiative, and resilience
