Responsibilities

1. You represent the OEM at the customer's site or by roving, providing technical advice and recommendations on the operation and maintenance of OEM's products, serving as the first interface between customer and OEM.
2. You establish and maintain a climate of professionalism, confidence, and trust among customers, maintaining impeccable ethics regarding OEM interests.
3. You listen to customers, understand their needs, and monitor and analyze customer satisfaction related to OEM product support.
4. You anticipate customer difficulties and recommend solutions in collaboration with the customer support team.
5. You track and report the implementation of Service Bulletins and Customer Notification Report (CNR) resolutions using dedicated tools (these activities are crucial for Leap programs).
6. You actively participate in customer team meetings in coordination with the Customer Support Manager (CSM) or Customer Program Manager (CPM/CTL).

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Aeronautics, Mechanics, or equivalent.
2. Strong technical knowledge of aircraft engines and the aeronautic environment.
3. Several years of experience in operational support and maintenance.
4. Good knowledge of OEM environment.
5. Ability to make decisions related to aircraft engine operations and provide high-quality support independently.
6. Excellent communication and behavioral skills, with natural diplomacy.
7. Compliance with customer regulations concerning safety, security, environment, and internal policies.
8. Knowledge/skills in workscoping and engine removal planning.
9. Understanding of contract services.
10. Shop experience.
11. Fluent English mandatory; French knowledge is a plus.
12. Eligibility to obtain a 5-year clean background check for airport access clearance.
13. Work location: Frankfurt or Hamburg.
14. Willingness to travel across Germany to customer sites.
