(Junior) Solution Architect Retail (m/f/d)

Responsibilities

• Deliver the Omnichannel Retailing roadmap in collaboration with Retail Operations and Omnichannel OTC & Services Teams.
• Lead IT aspects of retail store openings, ensuring timely and quality delivery of IT changes.
• Implement, support, and improve Retail Applications including POS hardware/software, RFID, Clienteling, and Omnichannel applications.
• Coordinate with external providers and internal teams across relevant areas.
• Enhance security and business continuity strategies for retail.
• Drive retail roadmap enhancements collaboratively with Retail, PMO, IT, and Digital teams.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience for Junior roles, or 5+ years for Solution Architect roles.
• Strong knowledge of modern application architectures and retail software.
• Experience with Retail Applications, especially POS systems; familiarity with RFID, Click & Collect, etc., is a plus.
• Knowledge of SAP and Salesforce ecosystems is advantageous.
• Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
• Proactive attitude and strong collaboration skills.
• Fluent in English; willingness to travel.
