Job Description:

Your mission

• Design and develop hydraulic systems for mobile cranes
• Select suitable components (valves, pumps, cylinders, hoses) in coordination with suppliers
• Create hydraulic schematics and layouts using modern CAD tools
• Analyze and optimize systems for energy efficiency, responsiveness, and compactness
• Support during commissioning, testing, and troubleshooting in prototype and series phases
• Collaborate closely with electrical, mechanical, procurement, and production departments

Your profile

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering with focus on fluid technology or a comparable qualification
• Several years of experience in hydraulic system development, ideally in construction or commercial vehicles
• Proficiency in hydraulic schematic software and CAD tools (e.g., Creo, EPlan Fluid, AutoCAD)
• Knowledge of relevant standards and safety requirements for mobile hydraulics
• Structured, solution-oriented approach with a high degree of initiative
• Strong English skills, both written and spoken; German is a plus
• Team-oriented mindset and willingness to collaborate across disciplines
