IT License Manager - Enterprise & SaaS Solutions EMEA

For our IT Client Services and Service Management division, we are looking for an experienced IT License Manager (m/f/d) for Software Licensing & SaaS Solutions in EMEA at our Munich location as soon as possible.

• Software License Management

  • Consolidate all data necessary for license management

  • Develop policies, measures, and control mechanisms for legally compliant handling of software licenses (compliance)

  • Monitor, adjust, and update the license management system

  Software Licensing and Procurement Advisory

  • Advise on software procurement (e.g., enterprise licenses) and determine the most cost-effective licensing models

  • Support departments in strategic software demand planning

  • Review licensing issues (e.g., when using open source, freeware, and SaaS)

  Product Responsibility

  • Independently maintain the product strategy of the deployed license management tool

  • Generate reports and license balances regarding software license usage

  • Regulate the assignment of user rights according to roles in the license management process

  
  

• Completed university degree in IT or a comparable qualification such as a completed vocational training with at least three years of professional experience in the licensing field

• Experience with the ServiceNow SAM Pro module or other market-standard tools is desirable

• Strong communication skills in an international environment

• Motivation to develop new solutions in the field (e.g., AI)

• Fluent to very good English skills
