• Coordinate and take ownership of the entire tender process from planning to final result.
• Work closely with Sales, Product Teams, and other internal stakeholders to translate tender strategies into tactical project plans.
• Support the Account Owner in analyzing customer needs and all tender-related processes outside the Tender Management area (gatekeeper function).
• Maintain the Tender reporting tool and dashboard accurately.
• Drive continuous improvement through strong tender follow-up with all stakeholders within the Tender Management process.
• Minimum qualifications include a bachelor's degree, Logistics Apprenticeship, or equivalent Tender Management experience.
• Have a comprehensive understanding of the freight forwarding and logistics industry.
• Be highly analytical and capable of translating complexity into clear instructions understood at all organizational levels.
• Possess strong practical know-how in coordinating various independent stakeholders under tight deadlines.
