Your key responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic plans to grow the business sustainably in the region.
• Manage commercial agreements, lead client projects, negotiate contracts, and oversee the value chain to foster innovation, customer satisfaction, and business vitality.
• Lead all commercial activities, including strategy deployment, budget management, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain strong client relationships, negotiate favorable terms, and identify new business opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create value propositions, manage product lifecycle, and ensure service and supply chain efficiency.
• Build and develop a high-performing team aligned with business goals, fostering communication and team spirit.

You bring:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration, economics, marketing, or science.
• 5-7 years of successful sales experience in flavor/fragrance/ingredients or FMCG.
• 3-5 years in management roles.
• Results-driven with a competitive mindset.
• Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Client-focused with a passion for service.
• Strategic thinker with big-picture vision.
• Fluent in English and German; computer literacy.
